高分散负载型钯基催化剂的筹措及催化加氢研究进展

摘 要:铝合金钯具有得天独厚的催化性能和安宁,是优质的加氢反应催化剂。铝合金钯成本较高,这一定水平上限制了伊在广阔生产中的应用。为了加强贵金属钯催化加氢反应效率和催化稳定性,使得降低贵金属钯的单位消耗,付出高分散负载型钯基催化剂是行之有效途径之一。归纳了近期高分散负载型钯基催化剂的筹措方法及他在加氢反应中的催化行为。

Research Progress of Preparation and Catalytic Hydrogenation of High Dispersion Supported Pd-Based Catalysts

Abstract: The noble metal palladium is an ideal catalyst for hydrogenation reaction because of its good catalytic performance and stability. The higher cost of noble metal palladium limits its application in large-scale production to some extent. In order to improve the catalytic efficiency and stability of hydrogenation reaction over noble metal palladium catalysts and effectively reduce the unit consumption of noble metal palladium, it is one of the effective ways to develop a high dispersion supported palladium-based catalysts. In this paper, the preparation of high dispersion supported palladium-based catalysts and their catalytic behavior in hydrogenation in recent years are reviewed.
