J-189聚氨酯胶黏剂粘接工艺的研究

选择 如果:针对J-189贴黏剂使用过程中关于试件打磨砂布目数、尝试件粘接宽度、边缘结构等方面的力学性能参数进行试验论证,得生180看砂布打磨、17mm粘接宽度、4mm下陷结构试件力学性能最佳的结论。通过疲劳实验,规定25mm×17mm、0mm下陷边缘结构疲劳力学性能最佳。针对飞机风挡软连接粘接区表面粗糙度、粘接宽度、边缘结构等边缘连接方面提供关键工艺参数。

Study on the Bonding Technique of J-189 Polyurethane Adhesive

Abstract: A series of mechanical property parameters, such as emery cloth mesh number, specimen bonding width, and edge structure during the use of J-189 adhesive were experimentally demonstrated, and it is found that the specimen with the 17mm bonding width and 4mm sagging structure, polished by 180# emery cloth, owns the best performance. Through the fatigue experiments, it is found that the specimen with 25mm×17mm, 0mm sagging edge structure has the best mechanical properties. The key technical parameters of the edge bonding for aircraft windshield soft joint adhesion are provided, such as the surface roughness, bonding width and edge structure.
